Training
With over 4 years of teaching and training experience throughout the county and with their own fully qualified trainer on the team, Cornwall IT can deliver courses covering Microsoft Office 2003 and 2007 (including Microsoft Project), OpenOffice.org & StarOffice, Microsoft Server technologies, Linux Desktop and Server techologies and networking (including Cisco router and switch configurations).
Networking
With a qualified Cisco Network Associate Instructor on the team, Cornwall IT has plenty of experience in both basic and complex networking needs.
Data Recovery
Using the latest Linux software based forensic recovery tools, Cornwall IT can scan for "lost" files or entire systems from Windows, Linux and Apple machines and on memory cards and "pendrives" too. For small jobs, Cornwall IT can even do this on your own computer, at home or work.
Virus Removal
Computer Viruses can hit anyone. Cornwall IT keeps a twice-weekly-updated suite of the most recent virus removal tools. Unlike some other virus removal services on offer in the area, Cornwall IT will not simply opt for the easy route of backing-up your data and blanking Windows (and therefore losing all your applications) when faced with more persistent infections. That is a last resort. Using both Windows- and Linux-based tools for scanning and removing viruses gives a much better scope for finding them hiding in awkward places.
